The Role:
This is a full-cycle sales role.
You’ll generate your own pipeline (with SDR support), run sharp discovery, and close new business with growing creative agencies, professional services firms, and other SMBs. You’ll help shape messaging, test new approaches, and contribute to how Visory gets sold in-market.
You’ll be speaking directly with founders and operators. They’re sharp, busy, and deeply invested in the success of their business. You’ll need to be clear, consultative, and confident when talking about finance, growth levers, and operational bottlenecks.
You’ll be joining a high-trust, high-standards team where performance is recognised, feedback is constant, and everyone is building something real.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound, warm follow-up, and inbound activity
- Run end-to-end sales cycles, from first conversation through to close
- Speak confidently about cash flow, margin, and financial pain
- Own your pipeline and forecast accurately using HubSpot
- Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and product to improve how we sell
- Hit and exceed your monthly new business target
