As an Onboarding Manager at Visory, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming our customers' financial back offices into models of best practice. From redesigning systems to implementing efficient workflows, you’ll ensure our customers have clean, accurate financial data and seamless back-office operations.
This is your opportunity to lead clients through a journey of Financial Back Office Transformation, setting them up for success from day one.
In this dynamic role, no two days are the same, but you can expect to:

- Ensuring Clean Financial Data: Establish processes that result in accurate and reliable financial data for our customers.
- Change Management: Effectively manage change with customers and their teams, handling multiple stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
- Implementation Planning: Develop comprehensive plans with key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Managing Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to align priorities and overcome barriers.
We're looking for someone who is:
- A Systems Thinker: Understand how changes in one area impact other systems and processes.
- Is skilled in Change Management: Capable of guiding customers through significant transformations, effectively managing multiple stakeholders.
- A Project Manager: Proficient in coordinating and managing projects across various departments
- A Process Expert: Skilled in process design, ideally with a solid understanding of finance or accounting principles, however this is nice to have rather than a requirement.
- Committed to Data Accuracy: You'll be dedicated to establishing processes that result in clean, accurate financial data.
- Action-Oriented: Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering efficient results.
- A Multi-tasker: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting focus as needed.
- An Innovative Learner: Eager to explore new systems and learn by trial and error.
- A Self-Starter: Work autonomously with high ownership and accountability.
- Efficiency Focused: Value impact and effectiveness over mere busyness.
