The Opportunity
Our Implementation Leads are key to Visory’s success. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the entire onboarding process, ensuring new customers transition smoothly onto Visory’s platform.
You’ll guide SMEs through every step, from managing the change process to training their teams on how to effectively use Visory’s workflows and services. Your focus will be on setting customers up for long-term success, ensuring they adopt our platform seamlessly and fully leverage its capabilities to optimise their financial operations.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll implement best practices and continuously refine the onboarding experience. This role is perfect for someone passionate about working directly with customers, helping them transform their operations while providing ongoing support and empowerment throughout the transition.
What You’ll Do:
Customer Onboarding & Financial Transformation
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless transition into Visory’s services.
- Design and implement financial workflows that align with industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Visory marketplace Experts, to ensure successful delivery of implementation plans.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing any challenges.
- Help customers navigate changes as they implement new workflows, providing guidance and support during the transition.
Training & Platform Integration
- Provide hands-on training to customers on the Visory platform, ensuring they are fully equipped to use its features and functionalities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer Success and Marketplace Talent team to ensure smooth post-implementation handovers.
- Work closely with Product and Quality teams to integrate best practices into platform workflows, ensuring continuous improvement.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in customer onboarding, project management, or implementation roles, with a focus on optimising processes and workflows.
- Experience managing financial and or system transformation of SMEs, including financial system integrations.
- Ability to understand financial workflows and industry best practices, with a general understanding of operational efficiency.
- Some exposure to accounting or back-office finance practices throughout their career is advantageous
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to guide customers through change management processes.
- Experience in training customers on software platforms, ensuring high levels of adoption and usage.
